Separation and divorce happen, and the unique challenges of military and veteran life can make it even harder. Let’s talk.
Separation and divorce can be among life’s most challenging experiences, and navigating them within the military or veteran community comes with unique complexities. Spouses often find themselves distanced from the community they’ve grown to love and rely on, leading to feelings of isolation. These challenges may be compounded by lingering effects of military service, strained relationships, and/or co-parenting considerations.
This peer-led series provides a supportive space to connect with others who understand these challenges. Whether you’re separated, divorced, or considering separation, you don’t have to go through this alone.
Join our experienced peer leaders—Heike Vargas, Tanya Mac, and Alunya Clark—for meaningful conversations and insights that are tailored to the military and veteran spouse experience. They bring lived experience, empathy, and actionable tools to guide you on this journey.
