What to expect
This is a virtual meet-up facilitated by a health coach. You will have opportunities to reflect on questions and share your thoughts with the group. The group discussion is uplifting and supportive. You will get a clear personal action step that you can implement right away.
Prepare
Find a quiet space with limited distractions. Bring a notebook and pen. Have decent sound and microphone from computer or phone. You will receive a zoom link to the meet up.
