Mental Health At Work: A Skills-Based Approach

  • Austin Marriott Downtown, Waller Ballroom C 304 East Cesar Chavez Street Austin, TX, 78701 United States (map)

Learning how to talk about mental health at work isn't a 'nice to have wellness thing'. It's a critical conversational literacy skill that every professional needs at some point in their career. In an evolving world, and World of Work, that demands it. This session will cover why professionals STILL struggle to talk about mental health at work, how companies need to shift the purpose of their intended outcomes, the role of the individual and the company, and a starter kit for (both) individuals and initiative influencers to take an upskilling approach - to get mental health at work 'right'.
