Winter Wellness Workshop for Kids & Teens

Join us for a fun and interactive one-hour workshop where kids and teens can boost their mental wellness, tackle stress, and pick up cool coping skills—all through engaging activities in a positive, welcoming space!

FUN WELLNESS ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS & TEENS

  • Master Your Moods: Explore how to manage feelings through creativity and play

  • Practice Mindfulness: Relax and feel grounded with simple techniques

  • Boost Self-Confidence & Coping Skills: Build resilience and trust in yourself

  • Reflect with Kindness: Send warm wishes to yourself and others

  • Connect & Have Fun: Make new friends

Children and teens are invited to attend a one-hour time slot based on their age:

  • Ages 7-10 from 10:30-11:30am

  • Ages 11-14 from 12:30-1:30pm

Plus, parents can attend a 30-minute self-care workshop focusing on wellness.
