Visualizing Mental Health (VMH) is a cost-free certification program that equips Central Texas mental health and industry professionals with the knowledge and skills to build and utilize a customized mental health data dashboard for their organization. VMH aims to increase access to mental health data by putting reliable, community-level data in a simple but valuable tool for Central Texas industry professionals.

The program teaches participants to design user-friendly data dashboards and incorporate datasets that reflect key mental health issues, enabling organizations to do the following:

  • Increase the use of real-time data and service information

  • Make evidence-based decisions promptly

  • Identify service trends, gaps, and/or inequities

  • Generate compelling reports to be used for presentations, grant proposals, policy briefs, etc. 

No prior experience with data or data analysis is necessary for this course.

Visualizing Mental Health is an online course through the Zeus online learning platform.
